Loop Lace technique

Loop Lace technique is an excellent technique when wearing your running shoes to increase performance as well as preventing heel slippage. It also reduces the pressure on the top of your so that you do not interfere with blood supply and nerve conduction which could result in a loss of circulation and numbness in your toes. If you wear orthotics these may raise your foot in the shoe slightly so "loop lacing" keeps your foot stable on your orthotics and your foot stable in the shoe.
